Spent malt still has a lot of goodness left in it. True, almost all of the sugars have been leached out in the brewing process, but there's still nutrients in there, and bulk, and critters find it damn tasty; from chickens to pigs to cows.
The shocking truth is, some brewers have no recourse but to send the useful, tasty stuff to the landfill!
Our aim is to put farmers in touch with brewers, so we can put an end to this terrible waste. It's win win for everyone.
Except for the landfill rats.
